Download requirements:
- An empty USB Drive formatted to exFAT prior to update with a minimum 32GB of free space
- Your vehicles Vehicle Identification Number (VIN Location to find your VIN)
- A computer on which to download the SYNC Update prior to transferring to the USB drive
